| 工作內容 | 1. To supervise the day-to-day operations in accordance with the services standards and ensure safety and regulatory requirements are fulfilled 2. To implement the agreed operations procedures per required service standards and in accordance with the regulatory requirements 3. To follow up the operations irregularities and preclude recurrence 4. To respond to enquiries from shippers, consignees and Government parties 5. To act as interfaces between operations team with the direct customers, truckers or cargo agents to ensure feedbacks are instantly responded and achieve customer satisfactions 6. To monitor the performance of staff and operations contractors to ensure the service standards are met and initiate suggestion for services improvement |
| 入職要求 | 1. F.5 with passes in English, Chinese Language and Mathematics or Holder of HKDSE or equivalent 2. Minimum 5 year experiences in airlines, air cargo terminal, ground handling agent, logistic company, warehouse or freight forwarding company, preferably with supervisor knowledge or experience 3. Hands-on experience in the air-cargo terminal operations would be beneficial 4. Sound knowledge on air import, export, transshipment cargo and mail operations handling procedures 5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 6. Willing to perform shift duty including overnight shift as necessary |

| 工作內容 | 1. To complete the daily assignments given by the Manager On Duty 2. To monitor the cargo build-up, breakdown, acceptance and release progress through the ‘Warehouse Operating System’ (WOS) 3. To perform data entry and verification of import/export/transshipment cargo information through 'Warehouse Operating System' (WOS) 4. To coordinate with airlines, contractors, Customs & Excise Department, agent customers if necessary 5. To distribute instruction / Job Order to Contractor’s Team Leader 6. To perform onsite inspection during the daily operations 7. To cooperate with subcontractor to meet the services level agreements 8. To lead the teams to execute the agreed operations procedures per required service standards and in accordance with the regulatory requirements 9. To liaise with contractor’s Team Leader closely to ensure the contractor to working in an effective and efficient way 10. To monitor the performance of all services suppliers to ensure the service standards are met and initiate suggestions on services improvement 11. To assist new joiners to be familiar with the working procedures and environment To conduct post flight check if required 12. To take follow up actions when the operations irregularities and preclude recurrence 13. To issue Fault Report for respective areas in a timely manner |
| 入職要求 | 1. F.5 with passes in English, Chinese Language and Mathematics or Holder of HKDSE or RPL qualifications in Logistics at HKQF level 2 or equivalent 2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in airlines, air cargo terminal, ground handling agent, logistic company, warehouse or freight forwarding company, of which minimum 2 years in a supervisory level 3. Sound knowledge on air cargo and mail operations handling procedures 4. Details oriented, a self-motivated team player and confident leader 5. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese |
